This wall of students had plenty to think about when the Genocide Awareness Project came to the University of Cincinnati. CBR Midwest Director Mark Harrington (far left) engages the many students interested in hearing why abortion is genocide. For two days at UC, all eyes were fixed on the horrific reality that abortion is an act of violence which kills a baby. Despite the rain, the crowds came.
GAP was displayed outside the student union making the exhibit hard to ignore. The GAP display seemed especially disturbing to faculty and staff at UC. CBR Executive Director Gregg Cunningham (second from left) addresses a crowd of students and some cameras as he explains the purpose of the Genocide Awareness Project. One of the students in this crowd began the day as a pro-abort, but a few hours later had become an outspoken defender of life.
The yellow shirts of these "silent" protesters decried GAP's "sexism" and "racism", failing to account for the fact that much of the CBR team is either female or African-American or both.
