Gregg Cunningham
Executive Director
Gregg Cunningham earned a BA degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a JD degree from The Ohio Northern University School of Law where he served as executive editor of the Law Review. He is the co-author of a handbook on attorney misconduct entitled “Ethics And Discipline In Ohio” (Ohio State Bar Foundation, 1976).
He is a former two-term Member of The Pennsylvania House of Representatives where he introduced legislation which ended public funding for abortion. He was also a prime sponsor of the Abortion Control Act which was litigated before the U.S. Supreme Court inThornburgh v. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He later helped direct the ballot initiative campaign which stopped public funding for abortion in Colorado.
During the first Reagan Administration he served as a political appointee in the U.S. Department of Education and later in The Office of Legislative Affairs with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He next served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for Los Angeles.
He is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel with six years of active duty service and twenty-five years in the ready reserve. He is also a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War.

Lois Cunningham, R.N.
Director of Crisis Pregnancy Outreach
Lois Cunningham is a public health nurse with a background in school nursing and maternal/fetal health. She helped establish two crisis pregnancy medical clinics in Los Angeles County (in Glendale and Hollywood) and served from 1988 to 1995 as the Executive Director.
Mrs. Cunningham now serves as the Director of Crisis Pregnancy Outreach for the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform. In this capacity, she offers consultation to crisis pregnancy centers across the country, training them to convert to medical clinics and to be more effective in reaching and meeting the needs of abortion-vulnerable women. She is a frequent conference presenter for National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (N.I.F.L.A.), a national organization which provides legal services for crisis pregnancy centers. In addition, Mrs. Cunningham is a regular seminar presenter for ALSUP (Advanced Life Support for Unplanned Pregnancies), an association which trains physicians and allied health care professionals to care for patients facing crisis pregnancies. This cutting-edge course is modeled after other advanced life support courses which have long been integrated into medical and nursing training.
Mrs. Cunningham directed a task force to establish Choices Medical Clinic which opened December 6, 1999 and is located in Wichita, Kansas. This crisis pregnancy medical clinic is located next door to the largest abortion facility in the Midwest, one which specializes in late term abortions
Don Cooper
Operations Manager
Don is a graduate of Oregon State University in Electrical Engineering, receiving his Bachelors degree in 1988 and Masters degree in 1997. Don served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Power Submarine Officer for five years and then later worked for 10 years as a design engineer for technology companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.
Don has worked full time for CBR for seven years. He has managed and overseen projects for CBR both nationally and internationally and has worked in the field on West Coast college campuses conducting pro-life projects that have educated more than 300,000 students. He has engaged in formal debates with college professors, spoken to and educated college students, and has appeared on television and radio nationally and internationally as an advocate for the unborn.
Don is an avid runner, swimmer and mountain biker. Don is married to his wife of 22 years Jennifer. They have six children and reside in Orange County, CA.
Gregory Grimm
Development Coordinator
Gregory Grimm is a pro-life speaker, fundraiser, and trainer for the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform (CBR). He has given presentations to a variety of audiences, from teens to the aged, and from staunch pro-lifers to confirmed “pro-choicers”. He also works on the front lines in the various educational activism projects CBR employs, including debate team leader and media spokesperson.
Mr. Grimm has been with CBR for four years. He has spoken on chastity, embryonic stem cell research, and most extensively on effective methods for changing public opinion about abortion. He is endorsed by Fr. Frank Pavone, Executive Director of Priests for Life, among others.
Gregory enjoys surfing and boogie boarding. He resides in Orange County and is available for speaking engagements nationwide.
Ma’May Faucher
Director of Donor and Volunteer Support
Ma’May is a graduate from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Broadcasting Communications and a minor in Religious Studies. Before working with CBR, Ma’May was Clinic Director and ultrasound technologist for a pregnancy resource medical clinic in Orange County, CA, which specialized in offering services to women and couples dealing with unplanned and high risk pregnancies. She has been with CBR since February 2009 and currently uses her public relations skills in giving her personal testimony, speaking about effective strategies to end abortion on demand, and supporting, promoting and gathering volunteers for CBR’s campaigns.
Ma’May has been instrumental in bringing the GAP to four major universities in California; UCLA, UCI, CSULB, CSULA. Ma’May has engaged teens and adults of all walks of life in positive dialogue, empowering our culture with knowledge of human development in all its beautiful stages.
Ma’May enjoys singing, playing piano, reading inspiring non-fiction literature, writing, watching edifying movies, going to Church, and visiting new places. She is the youngest of three children and has resided in Orange County for 22 years.
Seth Gruber
Intern
Seth is a sophomore at Westmont College and an intern at the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform. He began Pro-Life work at CBR when he performed his fieldwork hours for his senior project during his senior year of high school on the topic of abortion, entitled, “Life Begins at Conception, Making Abortion Murder”. He continued volunteering after graduation and joined the CBR staff in July of 2010 at 18 years old.
Seth is the founder and president of the Right to Life club at Westmont College in Montecito, Santa Barbara. During his freshman year at Westmont, he organized, planned and funded an Abortion Debate between President of Life Training Institute, Scott Klusendorf and former President of the ACLU, Nadine Strossen.
Seth is majoring in Communications and minoring in Religious Studies at Westmont College. He is involved in his school and community through various ministries of service. Seth enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, dirt bike riding, surfing and almost anything athletic. Seth is from Whittier, California.
